The client sought a contemporary, minimalist home with a spacious vibe. Prioritizing clean lines, leather finishes, and whites for timelessness, they also desired a gender-neutral kids’ room with smart space-saving solutions.
The design delivered understated sophistication. We seamlessly transformed two flats into an exquisite penthouse, connected by a refined internal staircase. The lower floor is thoughtfully designed with two bedrooms, a spacious open kitchen extending into a utility balcony, a sophisticated living room, and an elegant dining area. The upper floor is a private sanctuary, featuring a grand master bedroom, an exclusive bar, and an expansive terrace—crafted to offer both indulgence and tranquility.
This penthouse seamlessly blends luxury with functionality. The kids’ room features a gender-neutral green and wood palette, a bespoke corner bed, and playful elements like a writable greenboard.
